By accessing or using any service, product, or software provided by LazyAlgos (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of lazyalgos.com and any associated software or services.

LazyAlgos provides automated trading software in the form of Expert Advisors (EAs) designed to operate within the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. We also offer copy trading services via third-party platforms.

Our software is provided as-is for use by licensed purchasers only. Each license key is issued per MetaTrader 5 account number and is non-transferable once activated.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Expert Advisor software on a single MT5 account. Each purchase includes up to 20 individual license keys, each valid for one MT5 account.

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the software or any part of it. All intellectual property rights in the software remain with LazyAlgos.

License keys bind permanently to your MT5 account number on first use and cannot be transferred to a different account.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable fees at checkout.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read all product descriptions and accept this no-refund policy. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from activating your license, please contact support@lazyalgos.com within 7 days of purchase.

Monthly subscription licenses automatically renew each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and will deactivate associated license keys.

Trading foreign exchange, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies carries significant risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Past performance, including any results shown on this website, Myfxbook, or elsewhere is not indicative of future results. LazyAlgos makes no guarantees of profit or performance.

Our software is a tool to assist with trading decisions and execution. It does not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using our software and for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Automated trading systems can malfunction due to connectivity issues, broker restrictions, or unforeseen market conditions.

To purchase and use our services you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Share, sell, or distribute license keys to third parties
• Attempt to circumvent license validation systems
• Use the software on more MT5 accounts than the number of keys purchased
• Impersonate LazyAlgos or misrepresent affiliation with us in any way

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyAlgos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Our services rely on third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Google (OAuth), Myfxbook (performance verification), and MetaTrader 5 (trading platform). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If you have a concern, please contact us at support@lazyalgos.com.
