No-Refund Policy

1. Digital Products: No Refunds

LazyAlgos sells digital software products (Expert Advisors / .ex5 files) and license keys. Once a license is generated and delivered to your account, the product has been fully provided. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This applies regardless of whether you have used the EA, whether it performed as expected, or any other reason.

2. Try Before You Buy

We strongly encourage all customers to use the free demo download available on every product page before making a purchase. The demo file can be used in the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester to evaluate the EA's behaviour, settings, and performance on historical data.

A live license key is required to run the EA on a live or demo account. The strategy tester does not require a license key.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly rental licenses are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. No refund will be issued for the current billing period or any previous billing periods, whether or not the product was actively used.

4. Charge-backs & Disputes

Initiating a charge-back or payment dispute after purchasing a LazyAlgos product is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently revoke all license keys and access associated with accounts that initiate fraudulent disputes.

5. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange and gold on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance, including backtests and live Myfxbook results, is not indicative of future results.

The performance of our Expert Advisors is not guaranteed. Market conditions change, and no automated system is immune to losses. Purchasing a LazyAlgos product does not guarantee profitability, and we accept no liability for losses incurred while using our software.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event of a documented technical failure directly attributable to LazyAlgos (e.g., license server error preventing activation), we will work to resolve the issue. Resolution may include license replacement or account credit, at our sole discretion. This does not constitute a right to a monetary refund.
